LiveWires Coffee & More: Recognizing Depression and When to Ask for Help

According to mental health professionals, depression is a mood disorder affecting the body, emotions, behavior and relationships.  In addition, depression can affect a person’s mental and physical capability.

Jessica Stockman, a licensed clinical social worker from the Center for Healthy Aging, will speak at Reading Public Library’s LiveWires Coffee & More program series on Tuesday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the signs of depression.  She will offer information on what to do if you, or someone you know, suffers from this condition.
