Nancy is retiring!

August 13th is Nancy’s last day working at the Reading Public Library.

Library Director Ruth Urell shares thoughts and welcomes you to stop by to offer your good wishes -

“Nancy’s been a mainstay at the library in the administration office for 18 years, and everyone here (especially me!) will miss her very much!   Nancy also worked in the Town Hall for seven years before coming to the library in 1992.  While we’re sad to see her go, we congratulate her for her 25 years of service to the Town of Reading.

We know Nancy is looking forward to having more time for all the civic and art activities she so enjoys -  we just hope she’ll find a few minutes to drop in now and again to say hello…  and some time to read!

If you haven’t had a chance to say goodbye yet, come on in sometime before the 13th and catch her before she flies!

Best wishes from all of us at the Library, Nancy – may you have a long and happy retirement.”

Ruth
