Ken Warchol became involved with the Massachusetts Federation of Beekeepers in the 1970s. He is a 6th generation caretaker of bees; his family’s practice originated in Poland in the 1840s. In 1999, Ken was chair of the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Worcester County Bee Association, the oldest county beekeeping association in the country.
