What is the Netguides program?
Don't understand email? Not sure how to create tables in Microsoft Word? Want to learn how to use a mouse? Netguides, students trained at the library to provide patrons with one-on-one technology answers and personalized instruction on your schedule, are here to help you!

Netguides:

  • assist patrons and the instructor in computer classes,
  • help librarians provide more tech help support to patrons during busy hours in the library, and
  • instruct patrons in 1 hour one-on-one sessions, by appointment.
