Meeting & Conference Room Rentals

The Reading Public Library has the following rooms available for rental:

• Meeting Room – seats 80-100 people. 80 stacking chairs and eight folding rectangular tables are available for use. A galley kitchen, restrooms and coat closets are adjacent.
• Conference Room – seats 10-15 people. It contains a conference table with seating for ten.

A display table in the library lobby is also available for rental by non-profit community organizations.

To Request a Room:

Meeting rooms and display table are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Requests are made on-line, and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Interested parties must read the Meeting Room Policy before submitting a request for room use.
