Notary and Fax Service

Notary Public

All Reference librarians who work the Information Desk are licensed Notaries Public (which means that if we’re open, we have a Notary Public at the ready), and can notarize documents for $1.00 per notarization/signature.

Types of documents librarians are unable to notarize include are copy certifications, wills, real estate closings, and specific types of financial documents. Please call in advance to verify that your document can be notarized at the library if you have any doubts.

Fax Services

We also provide fax sending services for $1.00 per page (cover pages, even if provided by us, count as a page). Unfortunately, we cannot receive faxes on your behalf.
