The Treasure Map of Boys by E. Lockhart

This is the third Roo (Ruby Oliver) book and continues with the exploration of the state of Noboyfriend.  Things haven’t changed too much at Tate Prep.  Ruby stills has panic attacks, still sees a therapist, still has no love life, and still has nasty rumors circulating about her questionable reputation.  That doesn’t mean Ruby won’t try to understand real friendship and find true love.  This companion novel to The Boyfriend List and The Boy Book, follows Roo in her junior year trying to put the past behind her.  Just because she is in charge of the big school bake sale, gets fired from her zoo job and ends up working in a shoe store dealing with smelly feet, Roo is determined to blaze a new trail for herself.  Her therapist suggests she draw a treasure map about “something you want for yourself in life” other than boys.  Is there anything else?
