Anxiety in school? Hard to stay focused? Unplug with us! Learn mindfulness and relaxation skills in this hands-on, research-informed workshop for teens. You’ll leave knowing several mindfulness tools to help you thrive in school, sports, with friends and family. For grades 6-8 only. Registration required; limited space with preference given to Reading residents.
